Operations Coordinator / Administration Officer

Job Introduction

This is an exciting new position to join our Operations Function to ensure effective coordination of schedules, meetings and generally making sure that everything is organised for a busy group of stakeholders.  

There will be some days of the weeks you'll need to work from our Head Office in Penrith to ensure that key relationships can be built and a real understanding of our culture and team dynamics is established, but we are also flexible in relation to the ability to carry out some of the work remotely from home.  

You'll be responsible for supporting our Associate Director of Operations, Head of Care and their Operational Management Team.  

We are looking for an experienced Administrator and/or coordinator who has worked with senior stakeholders.  Part of your role will be to support and implement process improvements and change and you'll need to be able to provide efficient and effective administration services and maintain management information systems relating to the organisation and its operations. This will include diary management, co-ordinating meetings and agenda planning, visiting schedules and planning for your Operations Leadership Team.  

We are looking for someone to join the team with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise their own workload, who thrives under a busy work schedule and multiple deadlines.

Your communication skills will be paramount when liaising and consulting with Senior members of the Exec and Leadership teams, Management Teams and colleagues across the organisation.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite.

Package Description

£28,500 - £30,000

Hybrid Working Available, must be able to travel to Penrith, Cumbria.
