As a Compliance Coordinator at A Wilderness Way, you'll be the backbone of our recruitment process, ensuring our new starters meet all regulatory requirements and are ready to join our mission of supporting young people. You’ll manage background checks, compliance documentation, and onboarding for seamless candidate transitions into our teams.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience in administrative or compliance roles
✅ Familiarity with HR and ATS systems (a plus!)
✅ Strong attention to detail and communication skills
